Simply Equality is a Social Enterprise founded and led by Disabled and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Our mission is clear: to break down barriers to success and eliminate the pay gap for Disabled and LGBTQIA+ people.

Founded by EDI professional Sarah Stephenson-Hunter FRSA (she/her) and later joined by Pk Kulasegram (they/them), Simply Equality combines decades of professional and lived experience, as Pk is living – and thriving – within the intersection of disability and LGBTQIA+ life.

We believe in Equality of outcomes—not just equal treatment—ensuring everyone can thrive, feel welcome, and be included in whatever world they hope to break into.

Our intersectional approach delivers practical solutions that equip clients for sustainable, lasting change, instead of performative, box-ticking exercises. We’re here to show that while Equality may take consistent hard work, it can also be Simple.
