Being LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled or a combination of all of the above can sometimes feel pretty isolating. Sometimes you just need to talk to people who truly understand and to know that you will be heard and understood without judgement.

We are proud to offer peer support for Disabled and/or LGBTQIA+ people who need to speak to someone who gets it – maybe just a friendly ear or a space to vent and work out what is really happening.

This will be a safe space where Sarah and Pk will draw on their lived experience to offer guidance and advice. Please note that we are not trained therapists or psychiatrists, so cannot necessarily provide support if you are having complex mental health problems.
